Brooklyn House- An ICF/MR community home for four people.

Bruielly House - An ICF/MR community home for four people.

First Street - A community home for five people.

Third Street - A community home for three people.

Westgate House - An ICF/MR community home for four people.

Troy, PA Locations

Troy Day Program - situated in Troy, PA this location includes, a swimming pool, fitness center, senior center, dining room, and an assortment of settings where adult day services are provided.

Brookside- - A community home for five people.

Brown House - A community home for four people.

CopperTree Vocational Facility - vocational services, along with the CopperTree shop are at this site.

Camelot – An ICF/MR community home for eighteen people. Also the location for Intermediate Care Facility administration.

Exhange Street - A community home for four people.

Lodge House - A community home for four people.

Manor - A community home for five people.

Minter - A community home for five people.

Orchard Grove 1 and 2- A community home for 17 people.

Sugar Creek - A community home for three people.

Sylvania - A community home for four people.

Wissinger Administrative Building - This building houses the majority of the administrative personnel for Martha Lloyd Community Services.
