THE LLOYD FUND PRO-AM CLASSIC-2008 This year's tournament once again has come and gone. The year's tournament netted over $22,000. A huge thank you to all the sponsors, PGA professionals, and players that participated in the 2008 Lloyd Fund Pro-Am Classic. Without their support, this tournament would not be possible. Remember, all proceeds go directly to The Lloyd Fund, which provides support for people to live in their homes at Martha Lloyd Community Services. "Because no one should lose their home." Their contributions are the backbone of this tournament. 2008 Tournament Professional Results First Place- Kevin Savage Tied for Second Place- Joe Norman and Brian Kelly Fourth Place - Mark Wiley Tied for Fifth Place- Andy Signor, Joe Lynch, and Pat Terpak In the year 2000, Martha Lloyd Community Services began a charity golf tournament to raise money for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In six short years, the Lloyd Fund Pro-Am Classic has grown to one of the area’s premier golf tournaments. All proceeds from The Lloyd Fund Pro-Am Classic go directly to the Lloyd Fund. The tournament's unique format is known as “Captain and Crew with a little help from your Pro.” This format pairs a PGA professional with a team of four golfers. Teams are allowed to use one shot from the professional per hole during the Captain and Crew play. Team Results
