Martha Lloyd Community Services includes four ICF/MR (Intermediate Care Facilities for the Mentally Retarded) programs. These homes are designed to follow a medical model, and to focus on highly structured programming to promote independence.  ICF/MRs are governed by Federal regulation and because of their medical component, they are surveyed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

Martha Lloyd Community Services operates three 4 bed ICF/MR programs in Tioga County, and one 18 bed program on its main campus in Bradford County.  Admission criteria and eligibility may differ slightly from other Martha Lloyd programs.
